Subject areas prepare Schemes of work for GCSE exam courses & curricular ready for September with colleagues.
Staff work in their 'Teaching Improvement groups' or TIGs to develop new resources and teaching approaches which will enhance the learning environment and achievement levels for pupils. We have the following focus areas for our action research this year:
- Innovative Teaching including Long term Memory techniques based on 'The Science of Learning' & the latest brain research.
- The Disadvantaged Child
